Making a Difference, One Book at a Time! #SMILESwithTORC
Because this year was like no other, I’ve decided to donate 960 books to the Child Care Action Council. They have wonderful programs that provide early learning to low-income children and support to their families in 6 counties from WA state.
This is part of the #SMILESwithTORC Charitable Campaign, which was created in December 2018 by me and my husband, Adrian. The campaign focuses on bringing the joy of reading and discovery to children from all walks of life. Since then, we have donated over 2,600 books to different organizations, programs and little free libraries around the US and Canada.
